MARKETING MANAGER

HumanBase is looking for a Marketing Manager - IT Training to lead its marketing efforts in Corporate and Technical Training Services. Our core expertise lies in IT Training for :

• Oracle Apps - ERP, CRM, HRMS
• Oracle Apps DBA
• Oracle database and other oracle Products
• Data Warehousing
• Oracle bought out products like Peoplesoft, Sibel, OTM etc
• J2EE

Role and responsibilities

Your key role will be to effectively manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the company with the focus on promoting our high-end IT Training Services within agreed budgets, to achieve targets. You will be marketing corporate training/ retail batch training on Oracle modules. You should understand market needs and optimally utilise our key IT training resources (consultants and trainers) to meet corporate and individual IT training needs effectively and grow the business. You will keep abreast of competition, provide feedback regarding their activity and develop marketing plans accordingly. You will manage the marketing budget and monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. You will report to the CEO.

Education and Experience

• business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• experience in marketing IT Training Services and Products
• relevant product and industry knowledge
• Basic knowledge on relevant software applications

The job requires:
• Telecalling prospective clients and following up enquiries
• Counselling interested participants on various training courses offered by Human Base India Inc.
• Generating enquiries on the various training courses offered by our company by using various collaboration tools - chat, discussion forums, e-mail marketing campaigns & web-based seminars.
• Conversion of internet leads into walk-ins/enrolments for training programmes
• Organising training programmes and creating schedules, co-ordination with Technical Team (Trainers) and participants
• Meeting targets and creating daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
• Checking up of infrastructure of the class rooms before training is conducted, allocating computer systems to participants Travelling to client’s site (when required)
• Evaluate training effectiveness by continuous feedback to trainers from training batches
