Training Methodology:
The training is conducted by senior Oracle professionals/software professionals with practical knowledge in real-time project implementation and the ability to effectively impart that knowledge to participants. The training process is interactive, instructor-led classroom training with hands-on exercises to develop technical skills.
The training process follows three steps:
Concept explanation
Walkthrough demonstration
Lab exercise for participants
The trainer uses standard PPT presentation techniques with detailed explanation of concepts in every topic, followed by a demonstration. At a later stage, participants independently do exercises on the topic and the Trainer guides them. If any participant is unable to execute the exercise in the given time, the trainer helps them to complete the exercise. At the end of the training, every participant independently builds a small application/customization/case study. The aim of the training is to make every participant project-ready.
